Swedish

Basic, gentle massage that involves long, gliding strokes, friction, and kneading movements of the soft tissues of the body. Swedish massage alleviates stress and tension and increases blood circulation and range of motion.
Hot Stone
90 min - $185
My unique hot stone treatment uses special lava stones that have been hand-picked from different locations in my travels around the world. Your whole body will be warmed by the stones as they are placed on trigger points and chakras, and used as part of the massage movement. Especially great in the cold winter!
Deep Tissue
60 min - $140
90 min - $185
Builds on Swedish massage, employing many of its basic strokes, but applying more pressure and slower, focused strokes to work into deeper layers of muscle, fascia, and connective tissue. Effective for chronic muscular tension.
Reflexology
30 min - $80
An indulgent treatment that includes hot towels, invigorating foot spray, exfoliating scrub, and cooling peppermint lotion. I will use pressure points on your feet to connect directly through your nervous system and strengthen the bodily organs and glands. Your summer sandal feet will thank you!
Prenatal
60 min - $130
90 min - $175
A gentle Swedish massage for mother and baby, using a Body Cushion that allows the mother to lie face down (even at 9 months) without discomfort or injuring the baby. You must be at least 13 weeks pregnant to receive treatment.
Aromatherapy

Add-on
Can be added to standard massage treatments. Scented lotions and essential oils will be used during your Swedish or deep tissue massage to enhance relaxation of the nervous system. I use Epicuren® scented lotions – coconut, rosemary, lavender - and a variety of Doterra® essential oils.
About Jaleen
I came to Steamboat from Alaska in 1997 for a 4-month winter driving gig. Thirty years later I’m still here, but with a different profession. I graduated from Full Circle Massage School in September of 2001. From high-end spas, to a large community health and recreation center, to my own private practice, my skills and experiences relating to my clients’ issues and needs have been quite diverse over the years. I have also experienced many types and situations of massage in my travels around the world. In fact, my own personal set of hot stones has been gathered from foreign countries all over the globe.

Staying power
I receive massages bi-weekly at home, but when on the road it is always difficult to find a seriously good therapist. During our visit to Steamboat I was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage on my lower body, hips to feet. JAYLEEN was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and patient. She had the staying power for long, 2 hour, deep tissue massage, which is very difficult on my very trained legs. They are hard as rock! And the piriformis muscle is extremely hard to find. Jayleen was very good at finding various methods and tools to be effective, but not just by force.

I get massages on a regular basis, Jayleen's was by far the best I have ever had! On top of an outstanding massage, her customer service was second to none! She accommodated my boyfriend and I so we could get a massages together while we were visiting Steamboat for our anniversary. Highly recommend her, wish she lived closer to Denver.

Amazed at the relief
The muscles in my back and neck were so tight that I was experiencing numbness/tingling in both hands and pain in my arms. These sensations were not only bothersome, they were limiting some of my daily activities. I am amazed at the relief I feel after having visited A Perfect Touch. I'll be back!!!
